| I have to chime in on this one and try and offer some help for ya bro. The price that dude is offering doesnt sound like any type of a "deal" to me or any other person who has had engines built. Thats actually a bit more.. Secondly.... Again with the street credit. How many Z motors has he done? Who is doing his machining? Does he have customer references? Does he know his SHIT about the Z motor? Keep in mind the Z engine has SUPER tight tolerances and everything has to be done EXACT or forget it. In that case, trying to save a few bucks is setting yourself up for disaster. Lastly....Heres a big push for Kyle at Import Parts Pro. I just recently had my engine rebuilt by Kyle as the Stage 1 Longblock. Cant tell you how pleased I am with Kyle's work and professionalism. I pulled my engine and drove 8 hours down to Houston in a day to drop it off at him because he is the best. The references are there, and other people have used him and have been very very satisfied. I got a chance to see his shop, or what I like to call..the "Z Playground". This guy KNOWS his shit, hands down. Kyle also was there all the time to answer my phone calls to walk me through what was happeneing to my engine, and took the time to educate me on some intricities of the Z motor. He also talked with me for hours about upgrades, mods, how to put the engine back together, and sent me parts that I had Lost during my disassembly FOR FREE!! What a guy and a true Z mechanic/specialist. Thanks again Kyle. Hope this helps you dude. During an engine build, saving a buck is not worth amateurs building my high horsepower motor.
Thanks all, SIncerely, Chuck P.S. Thanks Kyle...
